Yes. Most of our pieces are genuine leather. On the rare piece that uses a synthetic material, it is stated clearly on that product's page.

Can I see a piece before I buy it?

Yes. Visit our store in Chennai to see and check ready pieces in person. The address and opening hours are on our Contact page.

How do I order?

Open a product and choose "Customize this", or message us on WhatsApp. We confirm everything with you directly before anything is made or sent.

Can you customise a product for me?

Most of our pieces can be made in your size, colour and with small design changes. Use the Customize page and tell us what you have in mind.

How long does a customised piece take?

It depends on the design. We give you the expected time when we confirm your order.

How do I pay?

Payment is arranged directly with the store once your order is confirmed. We will tell you the options at that time.

Do you ship outside Chennai?

Can I return or exchange something?

Ready pieces that arrive damaged or not as described can be sorted out within 3 days of delivery. Customised pieces cannot be returned. See the Returns page for details.
