தயாரான பொருட்களை வாங்குவதற்கு முன் கடையில் பார்க்கலாம். தனிப்பயனாக்கப்பட்ட பொருட்கள் உங்களுக்காகவே செய்யப்படுவதால் திரும்பப் பெற முடியாது.

We want you to be happy with what you buy. Here is how returns work for the two kinds of pieces we sell.

Ready pieces

• You are welcome to see, touch and check a ready piece in our store before you decide.
• If a ready piece arrives damaged or is not what we described, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will repair, replace or refund it.
• Please keep the piece unused and in its original condition.

Customised pieces

Customised pieces are made specially for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged. We confirm every detail with you before we start so there are no surprises. If we make a mistake against what was confirmed, we will fix it at no cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid with, usually within 7 working days.
