We sell from our store in Chennai and ship across India. Because many of our pieces are made to order, timelines depend on what you choose.

How ordering works

  • Choose a ready piece or send us a customisation request on the website, on WhatsApp, or in the store.
  • We confirm availability, price and timeline with you directly before anything is made or sent.
  • Payment is agreed and taken directly with the store once your order is confirmed.

Delivery times

  • Ready pieces: usually dispatched within 3-5 working days of confirmation.
  • Customised pieces: made to order. We tell you the expected time when we confirm, and it depends on the design.
  • Delivery after dispatch normally takes 3-7 working days within India, depending on your location.

Shipping charges

We tell you any shipping charge before you confirm. Collecting from the store in Chennai is always free.

Tracking

When your order ships we share the courier name and tracking number with you on WhatsApp.

Delays

Festival seasons and courier delays can add time. If something is running late we will tell you before you need to ask.
